Deadline "opbrengstbelasting 2019" for BES-islands set on 30 September

The tax administration of the BES-islands (consisting of Bonaire, Saba and St. Eustatius) has recently sent invitations to tax payers to file their annual financial report, statements and appendices 2019 for revenue tax or “opbrengstbelasting” in Dutch.

Even without receipt of this invitation, qualifying entities are obligated to submit their annual financial statement and appendices, comprised of a balance sheet, a profit and loss account and notes.

The deadline to submit this information has been set at September 30th, 2020.

Should you need any assistance to comply with this obligation, we invite you to contact our team on Curaçao or St. Maarten
